It was a great experience and a fun treat to attend the Korean style buttercream & beancream flower cake intensive class by My Dear Cake Korea and My Flower Cake Hong Kong. Thank you to Ms Song and Ms Chan for their patience and detailed guidance. Thanks also to Val Bakery & Food Resources for holding this workshop.

My buttercream flowers are not perfect yet and I hope to improve with some practice.

    • Hi, Thank you for dropping by Bake with Paws. From my opinion, it is better to learn from the master and get the right technique. I agreed that it is not cheap. But. worth the money if you pick up the skill. I hope this reply your question:) Thanks

    • Hi, You may get the recipe online. Please google search for Korean Style Buttercream recipe. I am using Italian Meringue Buttercream. I heard there is recipe in this book, “Korean Decorating Art” by Kim. You can get it from House of Ingredients in Kepong if you are from KL. I don’t have this book.
